3. Account Registration and Security

To access Liveplex services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:

• Complete identity verification (KYC) as required by applicable regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and never share them with any third party
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Liveplex will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain account security.

4. Platform Services

Liveplex provides an AI-powered automated trading platform that allows users to invest capital and receive returns generated through algorithmic market activity. Our services include:

• Automated trading execution using AI-driven algorithms and market analytics
• Real-time portfolio and performance monitoring through a personal dashboard
• Deposit and withdrawal management through verified payment systems

Liveplex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with reasonable notice provided to users.

5. Deposits and Minimum Investment

To activate automated trading features on Liveplex, users are required to make an initial deposit. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum deposit required to activate trading is $250 USD
• All deposits must be made through verified and approved payment methods listed on the platform
• Deposits are processed in accordance with applicable financial regulations and may require identity verification before funds are credited

6. Withdrawals

• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks
• Funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit where possible

By using Liveplex, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or platform systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform's technical infrastructure or security systems
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the platform without authorization
• Engaging in market manipulation or any activity designed to artificially influence trading outcomes
• Violating any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Liveplex platform without written permission

Liveplex reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, with or without prior notice, and to report such activity to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, branding, design, algorithms, and materials available on the Liveplex platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, software, and data — are the exclusive intellectual property of Liveplex or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal investment purposes. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of Liveplex intellectual property without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liveplex and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any investment losses or financial damages resulting from the use of our automated trading services
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or delays beyond our reasonable control
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain security measures
• Actions of third-party payment processors, technology partners, or external service providers

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liveplex and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

12. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC Compliance

Liveplex is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and financial crime prevention standards. All users are required to:

• Complete identity verification (KYC) before making deposits or requesting withdrawals
• Provide valid government-issued identification and proof of address when requested
• Ensure that all funds deposited on the platform originate from legitimate sources

Liveplex reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities in compliance with US federal law, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and applicable FinCEN regulations.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Liveplex platform shall be resolved as follows:

• Binding arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Redding, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
• Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration

14. Termination

Liveplex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete required identity verification
• Extended account inactivity

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any available balance will be returned to you following completion of required compliance checks, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Liveplex platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
